It’s important to take charge of your own path, chase your dreams in life or business, and work towards financial independence. This is where HUF, a women empowerment NPO, plays a key role. HUF empowers women by providing vocational training, teaching digital and financial skills, and offering microfinancing opportunities.
Vocational Training Center
HUF | NPO for Women Empowerment
We have established a Vocational Center with successfully trained women in vocations, including stitching, embroidery, block print, fabric painting, calligraphy. Additionally, the center strongly emphasizes on life skills education, equipping women with crucial abilities such as communication, problem-solving, and financial literacy. This comprehensive approach enhances women’s economic independence and fosters personal growth and self-esteem. By offering market-relevant skills and life skills education, the center aims to create a positive sustainable impact on the lives of women and their communities.
Digital & Financial Literacy
We conduct a Digital & Financial Literacy Program in collaboration with CIRCLE, for women from underprivileged backgrounds to showcase their skills digitally and promote their business online.CIRCLE trains them to market their products on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, and to manage cash flows via bank transfer and Jazz Cash. The entire training is free of cost and Jazz smartphones are provided to qualified women to enable them to market their products digitally.
Microfinancing
This program aims to empower Pakistani women from underprivileged backgrounds by giving them microfinance loans and sewing machines so that they can promote their businesses from home.
